.I. Technical Services Directorate

The Technical Services Directorate will be responsible for all curriculum development, research, advocacy & material development and assessment & certification function at the Council.  The Directorate will comprise three (3) Departments namely:-

1. Curriculum Development
2. Research, Advocacy and Material Development Department
3. Assessment and Certification Department

• II. Corporate Services Directorate

The Corporate Services Department will be responsible for the overall coordination and management of human resource, administration, finance, corporate communication and ICT. The Directorate will comprise the following three (3) Departments namely:

1. Human Resource Management and Administration Department;
2. Finance Department; and
3. Information Communication Technology Department;

• III. Corporate Research, Strategy and Planning Department

The Corporate Research, Strategy and Planning Department will be answerable to the Council Secretary/CEO for the coordination and management of the research, strategy and planning function at TVET CDACC. The department comprise three (3) Divisions namely:

1. Corporate Research and Strategy Division
2. Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Division
3. Quality Assurance, Compliance and Risk Management Division

• IV. Supply Chain Management Division

The Supply Chain Management Services Division will be answerable to the Council Secretary/CEO for the overall coordination and management of the supply chain management function at TVET CDACC.

• V. Legal Services Division

The Legal Services Division will be answerable to the Council Secretary/CEO for the overall coordination and management of the legal services function at the TVET CDACC. The Principal Legal Officer will assist the CEO in providing secretarial services to the Council.
